Sian

Sian brings a dynamic, contemporary energy to her teaching, blending creative movement with strong, effective programming. Her journey into Pilates began with mat work before naturally progressing into reformer, where she developed her signature style that balances flow, challenge and feel-good movement. Her classes are known for their modern sequencing, smooth transitions and that unmistakable deep, spicy burn that builds gradually throughout the session. Expect fluid, engaging flows that challenge strength, coordination and endurance while still feeling enjoyable and motivating to move through. Sian creates an encouraging, uplifting atmosphere that helps clients feel confident to push themselves while staying connected to their bodies. Emily

Emily brings grace, control and a beautifully fluid style of teaching to every class she leads. With a strong background in dance, she has a natural understanding of movement, posture and body awareness, which is reflected in the way her sessions are thoughtfully structured and delivered. Emily discovered Pilates while looking to complement strength training and quickly developed a deep appreciation for its ability to build strength, control and connection throughout the entire body. Her own journey with Pilates inspired her to teach, driven by her passion for helping clients feel stronger, more confident and more in tune with how they move. Her classes blend classical Pilates foundations with a modern, dynamic approach. Expect flowing, continuous sequences that challenge stability, coordination and endurance while still feeling smooth, energising and purposeful. Clients often leave Emily’s sessions feeling lifted, strong and revitalised, having experienced movement that feels both challenging and effortless in equal measure.
